8. Can I ask questions about another person?
Sessions are centered on your personal growth and spiritual journey. Information about another person is explored only when it is directly connected to your own healing, understanding, or soul experience.
9. Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Every session is conducted in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. You are welcome to record your session for personal review and reflection.
10. What should I do after the session?
Allow yourself time to rest, reflect, and integrate the experience. Spending at least 15–30 minutes in silence, journaling, grounding, or meditation may be helpful. Some people may also experience vivid dreams, emotional processing, intuitive insights, or increased energetic sensitivity afterward.
11. What does soul-level healing mean?
Soul-level healing focuses on awareness, release, integration, and alignment. As emotional or energetic patterns are recognized and released, you may notice meaningful changes in how you understand yourself and experience your life. Every healing journey is personal and unfolds in its own way.

Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Nature of Services
Soul Insights sessions are intended for spiritual growth, self-discovery, energetic healing, and personal reflection. They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice or treatment. Participants are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals for any such needs.
Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked through our official scheduling system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept major credit cards and other approved electronic payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
We understand that plans change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 48 hours before the session. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to arrive on time and in an appropriate state of mind for spiritual work. We reserve the right to terminate a session if a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances, or if their behavior is disrespectful or disruptive.
Privacy and Recording
Your privacy is of utmost importance. All sessions are confidential. Clients are permitted to record their own sessions for personal review. However, these recordings may not be shared, broadcast, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content provided during sessions, including guided meditations, spiritual insights, and educational materials, remains the intellectual property of Soul Insights by Enas. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
